Summer at the Lodge: Enjoy a budget friendly summer vacation at our Lodge. Bring your guests at member rates all summer long! Follow the regular lodging procedure to make your reservation PRIOR to going up.
"Last Run" Social: Thanks to all who turned out for our final meeting of the season. We conducted our last business meeting, voted on our slate for next year's Board and enjoyed a light meal. Check your April Newsletter for the Board listing for next year.
Pico 2009/10 Season Pass Deal: Pico is offering "My Pico Pass" - a 2009/10 season pass with NO blackout dates. Regular passes are $299 and Senior (+65) and Junior (6 - 18) passes are $199. Purchase the pass now and enjoy free skiing for the rest of this season at Pico. This offer is good until 04/30/09 or when 2,500 passes have been sold, whichever comes first. 3rd Annual Super Bowl Party at the Lodge - Our Super Bowl Skiers spent a great weekend at the Lodge. Good food, cold beer and an exciting game made this annual event a success!
Holiday Happenings at the Lodge - The Lodge was packed over the Holidays with members of all ages! Bitterly cold temperatures & fierce winds were no deterrent to our hardy skiers. In spite of the conditions, the skiing was great and many members took advantage of the Killington Countdown & Express Card deals. The Lodge was rockin' for New Year's Eve as we enjoyed a fabulous potluck meal. Silly games, movies and great conversations made for a terrific time for all. Old, new & provisional members enjoyed one of the best Holidays at the Lodge in recent memory!
Christmas Party '08 - Club members donned their holiday finery to attend our annual Christmas Party at Rod’s. After enjoying a delicious buffet dinner “President Santa” conducted our Gift Exchange. Once again adult beverages were the gift of choice, with many members going home with a little extra holiday “cheer!” Special thanks to our Party Chairperson for an outstanding job!
November Wine & Cheese Party '08 - Our Wine & Cheese Party was a great success! Thank you to our Auction Chairperson for a great selection of gift auction prizes! Members enjoyed catching up wth old friends and meeting our new & provisional members. Don't forget to make your reservation for our Christmas Party on December 17. Send in your $37 pp to the Party Chairperson no later than December 10 to reserve your place! We'll enjoy a delicious buffet meal, along with an open bar of beer & wine. Be sure to bring a wrapped gift if you would like to participate in our gift exchange. This is always a hilarious highlight of the evening!
October '08 - Members visited the lodge over several weekends for our annual Work Weekends. Much was accomplished and the lodge is ready to go for the upcoming ski season. Two new memberships were approved, a provisional membership was accepted and an updated membership listing will be available soon. Be sure to attend our Wine & Cheese Party on November 19 to meet our new members! 2008 - 09 Membership Cards will be available at the Wine & Cheese.
September '08 - Our first meeting of the new season was very well attended. Newsletters have gone out to all members with complete details. If you are attending a Work Weekend this fall, check the Download Page for a Work List.
Pico Sports Center - The Sports Center is offering Club members a punch card good for 7 non-consecutive days during the season for $35.
